Following the successful Big Lottery bid to extend the Circles project throughout England Scotland and Wales, Circles South East have been delivering Circles of Support and Accountability throughout the London area since April 2016. We are undertaking this as a distinct project, Circles London, with a dedicated team of Coordinators and management.

A full member of Circles UK, Circles South East has been delivering Circles since 2003, and among other recognitions our volunteers’ work has been rewarded through receipt of the Queen’s Award for Voluntary Service in 2010.

It is anticipated that 100 new Circles will be established throughout London during the initial 4 year period covered by the Lottery grant. We are accepting referrals concerning adult men and women who have been convicted of sexual offences from Police and Probation partners. In order to achieve this target we will be looking to recruit and train approximately 300 volunteers to carry out this work. No specific qualifications are needed, just aged 21 or over, emotionally mature, reliable and able to maintain personal boundaries.

Anyone interested in volunteering should contact Circles London or telephone 01235 816050.
